Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the provided RMA form inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
